In the intervening years since the initial release of Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo, the film is now considered one of Hitchcock's finest films if not one of his best. As such, the posters (featuring artwork by designer Saul Bass) are always in demand and none more than this one. This is only the second time that Heritage has offered this exceedingly scarce 30 X 40 poster; the rarest format of poster on this title. The art is also significant as it is also the only poster from the original release to feature this art. The poster had a few chips and tears in the edges that have been corrected with cleaning and airbrushing to the borders. The yellow area behind the lower credits has been airbrushed in as well. There were a few crimps and slight creases within the image as well however, the poster now appears quite clean. Artwork by Saul Bass. Rolled, Fine+.
