The Smashing Pumpkins at The Backyard (Perkins, 2007). Rolled, Very Fine/Near Mint. Signed and Hand Numbered Limited Edition Concert Poster (18" X 24") Billy Perkins Artwork. Rock and Roll.
Offered here is a limited edition poster for an evening with Smashing Pumpkins. As printed on the poster, the concert was originally scheduled to take place at The Backyard in Austin, Texas on November 2nd, 2007. But after drummer Jimmy Chamberlain was hospitalized on October 30th for a partially blocked artery, the show was rescheduled and took place on November 13th. An unrestored poster that appears virtually unused. Closer inspection may reveal one or two minor flaws, such as minor creases or a few faint and unobtrusive smudges. The poster is hand numbered "19/165," and it is signed by artist Billy Perkins. Heritage Auctions believes that the signature in this lot is authentic, but know before bidding that no Certificate of Authenticity is provided. The poster will be shipped flat.
