The Wild One & Other Lot (Columbia, 1953). Fine. Uncut Pressbooks (5) (Multiple Pages, 11" X 17" - 12.25" X 18.75") & Cut Pressbooks (2) (Multiple Pages, 12" X 16" & 12.25" X 18.75"). Exploitation.
Starring Marlon Brando, Mary Murphy, Robert Keith, Lee Marvin, Jay C. Flippen, Peggy Maley, Hugh Sanders, Ray Teal, and Yvonne Doughty. Directed by Laslo Benedek. Included are other single pressbooks for Don't Knock the Rock (Columbia, 1956), Johnny Cash! The Man, His World, His Music (Continental, 1970), Having a Wild Weekend (Warner Bros., 1965), Bop Girl Goes Calypso (United Artists, 1957), and 2 identical pressbooks for Hey, Let's Twist! (Paramount, 1961). Unrestored pressbooks with good color and overall very presentable appearances. They may have some edge or spine wear, mild edge toning, some spine separations, and small stains or smudges. The Wild One and one of the pressbooks for Hey, Let's Twist! are cut, and The Wild One has a few complete spine separations with the front cover and some of the pages. The Wild One, Don't Knock the Rock, and Having a Wild Weekend each come with an ad supplement. The rest of the pressbooks are uncut. The Wild One, The Big Beat, Bop Girls Goes Calypso, and both pressbooks for Hey, Let's Twist! were previously folded but will be shipped flat.
