Forbidden Planet (Loews-MGM, 1956). Lobby Card Set of 8 (11" X 14"). This film was MGM's first big-budget science fiction production. Pieces from this thought-provoking picture represent the pinnacle of collecting for the 1950s sci-fi genre. The cards in this complete set all have a small tear on the lower right center margin that just touches into the background. There is also a small area on the lower border and upper right corner that shows signs of very minor crumpling. The entire set is in otherwise amazing condition. Very Fine/Near Mint.
