Sanjuro (Toho, 1962). Yugoslavian One Sheet (19.5" X 27.5"). (NOTE: THIS TITLE AND DESCRIPTION ARE DIFFERENT THAN THAT WHICH APPEAR IN THE CATALOG! THIS IS THE CORRECT TITLE AND DESCRIPTION.) Akira Kurosawa's "Yojimbo" was such a success that the director decided to make another film in the same comedic-adventure vein. Once again Mifune is in fine form, portraying Sanjuro as a gruff samurai who would rather drink sake than fight for justice. This poster was listed in catalog as a poster from "Yojimbo" but is actually from the sequel. The poster is folded with slight centerpoint wear and a small stain next to Mifune's left eye. Very Fine-.
