Description

The Sailor Who Fell from Grace with the Sea (Avco Embassy, 1976). US One Sheet (27" X 41"), German A1 (23.25" X 33"), and US Lobby Card (11" X 14") . Drama.
Interesting contrast of how two countries display film art. The German A1 uses basically the same art, with some revealing changes. Star Kris Kristofferson is intact. The Sarah Miles character, however, has her eyes open in the US poster, but closed seductively in the German. Also, the German poster artist has added a small body part to Ms. Miles. Starring Sarah Miles, Kris Kristofferson, Jonathan Kahn, Margo Cunningham, Earl Rhodes, Paul Tropea, Gary Lock, Stephen Black, Peter Clapham, Jennifer Tolman. Directed by Lewis John Carlino. Unrestored posters and lobby card that appear virtually unused. Closer inspection may reveal one or two minor flaws, such as light edge or fold wear, and minor surface crinkles. Please see full-color, enlargeable image below for more details. Folded, Very Fine/Near Mint.
