Description:
Girls Can Play (Columbia, 1937). One Sheet (27" X 41"). Drama.
Here's one missing from just about every Rita Hayworth collection. That's a 19 year old Ms. Hayworth in the catcher's uniform. She's just been killed by a poison injection in her catcher's mitt! She was the best thing about this film, only her second billing as Rita Hayworth. Starring Julie Bishop, Charles Quigley, Rita Hayworth, John Gallaudet. Directed by Lambert Hillyer. An unrestored poster that displays signs of use. May include light edge or fold wear, slight fold separations, very minor paper loss, minor corner bends, or unobtrusive smudges and faint stains. Please see full-color, enlargeable image below for more details. Folded, Fine+.
