Vintage, single weight, color, glossy photos that were used to promote Popeye cartoons in 1943, when they began to appear in Technicolor. Starring the voice of Jack Mercer. Directed by Seymour Kneitel and Isadore Sparber. Unrestored photos with bright color and a clean overall appearance. They may have general signs of use, such as slight edge wear, and minor crinkles.
