Description

Black Friday (Universal, 1940). Australian Daybill (14.5" X 30").
One of the greatest cinematic pairings of all time, Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi star in this terrific crime/horror gem. Morally questionable surgeon Karloff attempts to save a friend's life by transplanting his brain with that of a dying gangster. This Australian daybill is a Heritage first and features the two leading horror film greats, along with a terrified Anne Nagel. There is a spot over the rating's notation. Touchup was applied to the folds, a chip in the "D" of "Friday," a chip and a tear in the left border/horizontal fold, a vertical tear just above the horizontal fold at the left, and two chips in the right border. Fine+ on Linen.
