The Walking Dead (Warner Brothers, 1936). Mini Window Card (8" X 14").
Precious little poster material ever surfaces on this title, one of the most elusive of the Boris Karloff '30's horror films. This is a quite scarce midget window card. These small window cards had a very high attrition rate due to their distribution pattern of restaurants, filling stations, and department store windows. The image of a glaring "walking dead" Karloff stalking a fearful Marguerite Churchill is chilling. Before some top notch restoration there were pinholes, small tears in the bottom right border, and a chip in the bottom left border, with slight corner bends. The top imprint area appears to have been folded back at one time. Fine+.
