Payment Options

For fastest delivery upon receipt of funds, you should pay with a bank wire, cashiers check or bank money order, or have previously arranged credit with Heritage. Payments via personal or corporate checks may be held 5 days or more for the funds to clear prior to shipping. Payments with credit cards (American Express, Visa and Master Card only, up to $10,000 from non-dealers at our discretion) must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card for all new customers (some restrictions apply). If the address we have for you doesn't match the credit card address, the shipment will be held and you will be notified. Payments can be made by PayPal (up to $10,000 from non-dealers at our discretion). Paying by Wire Transfer?
Making payments by wire is certainly an acceptable form of payment. It does require a bit more coordination, but nothing too difficult. A simple, straightforward way would be to call in and ask to speak with a numismatist. They could assist you in locating, describing, and finalizing a coin purchase. At that time you would relay your wishes to use a bank wire as the form of payment. We will provide you all the wiring instructions and information that you would need.

A second way, which involves ordering via the site, does require an additional step. You would need to complete the online ordering process with the form of payment as being a check. After your order is confirmed you would need to call in and express your desire to use a bank wire instead of check. Again, at that time you would be provided the necessary wiring instructions.
